As our Caramels are a completely hand-made product, there will no doubt be variations in piece sizes and firmness on occasion. We do not offer refunds as a result of these variations.
Occasionally, and at peak times when caramel production is in full swing, there could be a 2-5-day delay before your order is shipped as we rush to prepare fresh caramel to fulfill your order, so if possible try to give some lead-time. It is also helpful if you could leave a note in the comments box on the order screen if you need them for a particular date. That way we can try to accommodate your needs, and if not, we can e-mail you with a caramel option that is in stock, or make other arrangements.
We always ship priority mail via the USPS’ flat-rate shipping service, which has a 1-3 day delivery timeframe and has been incredibly reliable, but nothing is ever guaranteed. We do not offer refunds in the event the shipping service has delayed shipment.
