We’ve tried many different chocolates over the year to pair with our caramels, and finally we found the world’s BEST!
This chocolate from France is literally the best chocolate in the world and was recommended by a pastry chef at one of the Leading Hotels of the World. I was sitting in on a truffle class and got to sample feves of chocolate from this manufacturer and they were simply glorious. I immediate went online in search of it.
What I wasn’t expecting was how creamily and luxuriously this chocolate would blend with our caramel. We’d tried the best dutch chocolate out there – and there was just no comparison.
